You will design high-performance front-end solutions with TypeScript and React, working remotely from any European Union country. Overview

Join a major European digital transformation project aiming to modernize how air traffic is managed across the continent. The initiative connects countries, systems, and stakeholders—from airports to airlines—through a unified, smart digital platform that makes European air travel more efficient, sustainable, and predictable. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance front-end solutions that power this next-generation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable front-end applications using TypeScript, React, and React Query.
• Create reusable UI components with React Hook Form and Ant Design.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of microfrontend architecture for modular applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability through profiling, lazy loading, and code-splitting.
• Use Vite to streamline build and development processes; ensure integration with back-end services.
• Maintain component libraries with Storybook and ensure code quality via unit and integration testing.
• Work closely with back-end developers, product owners, and designers to deliver seamless and visually appealing solutions.
• Take ownership from analysis to deployment, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Support and guide junior developers, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience with TypeScript, React, and React Query.
• Strong experience with React Hook Form and Ant Design.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing microfrontend architectures.
• Advanced use of Vite (Webpack experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with Storybook, ESLint, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git (preferably Bitbucket).

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud integration.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Proactive, independent, and ownership-driven mindset.

Additional Information
