About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on FP&A Manager to join the Automated Logic Field finance team. In this role, you will lead core financial planning and reporting processes, providing the accuracy and insights needed to guide key business decisions. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, cost management, and strategic alignment across the field organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the P&L roadmap process, focusing on the “why” behind results and delivering clear insights to leadership.
  • Managing HFM loads and consolidations for timely and accurate financial submissions.
  • Overseeing weekly orders reporting, functional cost tracking, and causal analysis.
  • Maintaining and updating burden rates and service billable rates.
  • Driving budget compliance and monitoring monthly spend flux.
  • Leading annual planning and forecasting cycles for operating expenses.
  • Aligning headcount planning with business goals in partnership with Field, HR, and Finance teams.
  • Managing functional budgets across Digital, Sales, Operations, and Service.
  • Developing executive‑ready reports and summaries with actionable insights.
  • Driving process improvements in forecasting, cost management, and reporting.
  • Supporting ad‑hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling.
Requirements

As a Minimum You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in finance/FP&A or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HFM/Hyperion Financial Management and SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience in construction, contracting, or HVAC industries.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and provide financial leadership across teams.
