This role involves leading the engineering team, defining processes, and actively participating in product development. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of software engineering experience, proficiency in English and Spanish, and a deep passion for improving women’s health. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration and asynchronous work culture.
