This on-site role requires managing accounts in the delinquency range and providing empathetic customer service. Formación

• Full proficiency in English (C1-C2).
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing phone experience in collections.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from Daimler Truck small business customers in the U.S.
• Provide efficient and empathetic service to address account concerns.
• Assess reasons for missed payments and offer solutions to regularize accounts.
• Perform skip tracing to locate clients and / or collateral using authorized methods.
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative interactions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
