FP&A Senior Manager Mexico – Location: Mexico City

Overview

The FP&A Manager is a key position focused on driving accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the Mexico branch. The role coordinates budget development, controls cost structures, and provides critical financial insights to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and certify production and expense budgets, forecasts, and actuals between the Mexico branch, the Finance Centre (India), and Global Headquarters.
• Oversee the entire Multi‑Year Plan Budget process across the country.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators, developing and maintaining financial models to highlight trends and identify variance causes.
• Support and challenge commercial decision‑making by delivering actionable financial analysis.
• Improve cost/expense hierarchy and restructure budget and forecasting systems for Mexico.
• Develop and configure budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools (SAP Finance Warehouse, SAP Business Planning & Consolidation).
• Ensure data quality and interconnection across systems to provide accurate information.
• Provide regular updates on global analytic results.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, Information Systems, Business Lines, and Marketing teams.
• Lead and develop the FP&A Mexico team.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in budgeting, forecasting, and controllership.
• Current FP&A Manager experience with proven cross‑functional leadership.
• Experience at a SEC company is a plus.
• College degree in Finance; a Master’s is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
