You will work closely with leadership to develop financial strategies based on real profitability metrics. Responsibilities include building financial models, segmenting unit economics, and evaluating pricing strategies. This role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance Unit Economics Expert to analyze, model, and optimize the business profitability drivers. This role is essential to understanding what makes Novacard sustainable, evaluating cohorts, CAC, LTV, pricing, customer behavior, and growth scenarios. You’ll work closely with leadership to build financial strategies grounded in real profitability.

Responsibilities

• Build CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback, and churn models.
• Segment unit economics by product, cohort, and geography.
• Analyze user retention, monetization, and behavioral patterns.
• Evaluate pricing strategies and their financial impact.
• Prepare unit economics narratives for board meetings and fundraising.
• Simulate scenarios, sensitivities, and growth thresholds.
