• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.

Finance Specialist NA

Objective

This position will support the Financial Planning Department by coordinating the annual Budget, Business Plan process, and Financial Projections. The role involves developing financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives, providing accurate and high-quality financial information to the Finance Director and Executive Management.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly Control Panel reports with main KPIs for MEX/US Management.
• Consolidate weekly US Operations meeting results with Plant Managers, Controllers, and OPS/Finance Directors.
• Consolidate monthly Results of P&L and all components of FCF (NWC, Capex, Taxes), and conduct EBITDA Walks.
• Prepare weekly forecasts aligned with estimated EBITDA.
• Coordinate and consolidate Business plan and budget, challenging Finance & Plant Managers on development and target setting.
• Support savings reporting to the Global Team.
• Assist with tooling NWC management and accounting.
• Handle standard monthly journal entries and processes for Tooling, Product Development, and Staff.
• Evaluate and implement projects to streamline and automate systems/processes, improving financial, budget, and forecasting reporting in partnership with IT.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Two years of previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
