A leading biotech company in Mexico is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a key finance business partner overseeing finance operations including Order to Cash and Record to Pay processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance with experience in multinational settings, fluent in both English and Spanish. This role requires excellent analytical and interpersonal skills as well as proficiency in financial software tools.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within multinational environments or 4 years with a master's degree.
• Solid knowledge of local accounting, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
• Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare sector strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee core finance operations including O2C and R2P processes.
• Coordinate with Accounting team for compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Lead financial processes and recommend solutions for efficiency improvements.
