Actividades

• Seguimiento (contacto con ingeniería de campo, coordinación)
• Citas de continuidad: contactar a coordinación CCC / TL para reprogramaciones
• Llenado de bitácoras de control de servicios
• Reportes de evidencias al cliente como Coordinación de cuenta
• Apoyar al ingeniero esto es guiándolo sobre los manuales.
• Contacto con soporte o segunda línea con GTS
• Reportar los incidentes durante el servicio o seguimiento
• Atención de sesiones informativas del seguimiento NCR como con cliente (Bajo previo acuerdo por derivarse en turno Diurno oficina 09 hrs a las 19 hrs)
