Extensive knowledge in maintenance and cleaning, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong ability to manage external suppliers. This role requires a high level of planning, effective communication, and a focus on delivering top-tier results. The coordinator will ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities while providing excellent service to internal customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all cleaning and maintenance activities within the corporate building to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
- Develop and implement maintenance and cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and contractors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to contracts
- Monitor and report on the performance of cleaning and maintenance services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Conduct periodict scope of works audits to ensure compliance and quality of the service provided by maintenance and janitorial suppliers
- Conduct periodict walk arounds on site to detect maintenace and janitorial issues and implement a corrective action plan
- Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting on maintenance and cleaning expenses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that maintenance and cleaning services meet or exceed their expectations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Develop lean processes, which improve the response and attention to maintenance and janitorial incidents using techonlogical tools
- Support with guidance and impementation of Work Place Experience Events according to the skillteam requierements within SOW
- Develop and implement facilities projects according to sites needs to improve the conditions of the facilities as required
- Propose and develop IFM strategy according to the sites operations needs, updating the scope of work, creating the implementation plan, walk around with suppliers and lead transtion implementation, as requiered
- Participate and coordinate the building brigade in case of an emergency or evacuation drill
- Develop and apply customer satisfaction survey for main customers and implement action plan to improve quality of the service provided
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Arquitect, Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Engineering bachelor).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
