Responsibilities (depending on the role)
- Deliver outstanding table service following brand standards
- Maintain full knowledge of menus, specials, allergens & recommendations
- Ensure guest satisfaction through warm, attentive, professional service
- Support daily restaurant operations : setup, breakdown & cleanliness
- Assist with buffet service, beverage service, and guest requests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant flow
- Follow all safety, sanitation & USPH protocols
- Maintain professional grooming and onboard etiquette at all times

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent restaurant or hotel experience
- Strong knowledge of service standards (casual, premium or fine dining)
- English communication level : intermediate to advanced
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, multicultural environments
- Excellent guest service, teamwork, and professional attitude
- Willingness to live and work onboard for 6–8 months contracts
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and adaptability
Preferred Skills
- Wine & beverage knowledge
- Experience with POS systems
- Fine dining or luxury hotel background
- Upselling techniques
- Previous cruise experience (optional but a plus)
