A leading automotive company in Irapuato is seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer for their EV transmission group. This role involves managing milestone cadence, leading assessments, and developing project schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and WERS. Responsabilidades

• Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters.
• Lead milestone assessments and report-outs to Director level.
• Engage in new business proposals and business cases.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Lead or support Transmission Product Management Team.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure on-track deliveries.
• Write DRPs and manage BOM.
