Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations that enable our AI assistant to seamlessly integrate with customers' technology ecosystems. You will partner directly with healthcare groups to map data sources, security requirements, and success criteria. Your expertise in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication standards will be essential in ensuring seamless integration of our AI assistant into customers' tech ecosystems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building Python services or data‑integration pipelines in production environments. Experience working directly with external customers or partners is also necessary, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex technical projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Solution Design. Lead technical scoping calls with customer engineers and IT teams to map data sources, security requirements, and success criteria.
• Translate business workflows into detailed integration specifications - REST APIs, webhooks, or event streams.
• Integration Development. Build robust Python components and data pipelines that connect to EHR (FHIR / HL7), CRM, voice systems, and third‑party scheduling systems. Write clean, testable code with strong logging, monitoring, and graceful error handling.
• Customer Enablement & Support. Act as the primary technical contact during implementation and lifelong account support for integration‑related questions or incidents. Deliver hands‑on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incremental feature enhancements.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing. Produce clear API guides, sequence diagrams, and sample scripts to accelerate future projects and empower customer teams. Share patterns and reusable modules with internal engineers to expand our integration library.
• Continuous Improvement. Gather feedback from real‑world deployments to influence product roadmap and core platform capabilities. Automate repeatable tasks (data mappings, validation tests, deployment templates) to shorten time‑to‑value.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record building Python services or data‑integration pipelines in production environments.
• Experience working directly with external customers or partners - leading technical discussions, gathering requirements, and explaining trade‑offs.
• Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication standards.
• Ability to read and write basic SQL; familiarity with Postgres or comparable relational databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication - able to translate between clinical, business, and engineering stakeholders.
