Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Demonstrates advanced troubleshooting capabilities.

• Assists Network Administrator with relevant tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems
• Evaluates suitable software to meet user requirements
• Troubleshoots advanced software and hardware failures, and identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers
• Assist Network Administrator
• May be internal and external client-focused for company-hosted web-enabled solutions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience
• Fluent level of Portuguese (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
• Advanced Excel and database skills
• Advanced applicable IT applications
• Demonstrating professional client interfacing skills
• Advanced IT trouble- shooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to multi-task while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
