Performs advance installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems
• Evaluates suitable software to meet user requirements
• Troubleshoots advanced software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers
• Assist Network Administrator
• May be internal and external client‑focused for company‑hosted web‑enabled solutions

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2‑4 years of experience
• Fluent level of Portuguese (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
• Advanced Excel and database skills
• Advanced applicable IT applications
• Demonstrating professional client interfacing skills
• Advanced IT troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to multi‑task while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
