The ideal candidate has over 3 years of project management experience and familiarity with email metrics. This is a full-time remote position offering a salary of USD $2,200 - $2,500 based on experience, with performance bonuses after the first month.

Responsibilities

1. Manage 25+ eCommerce clients and hit all deadlines
2. Be the main client contact: confident, proactive, calm
3. Coordinate email marketing managers, copywriters, and designers
4. QA all work before it goes to clients
5. Track projects in ClickUp and catch delays early

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

• +3 years as a Project Manager in an agency
• Experience managing 25+ clients at once in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with email metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CVR)
• Proficiency in ClickUp or similar PM tools

Nice-to-Haves

• Klaviyo or Mailchimp experience
• Ecommerce or performance marketing background

What We Offer
