As the Regional Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing the EH&S strategy across LATAM operations. This position is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives on driving cultural transformation and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing policies and programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a trusted partner to field services, manufacturing, and distribution teams. As a key member of the global EH&S Leadership Team, you’ll influence enterprise-wide strategy, champion standardization, and lead a regional team committed to achieving Zero Harm.
