Role Description:

Works alongside Project Management staff to profile, schedule, and onboard physicians for qualitative interviews.

This job requires strong time management skills as well as the ability to balance multiple projects at a time.

Key Deliverables of the Role:

·Working with the project management team to schedule physicians within client availability.

·Speaking with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to double-check their qualifications.

·Engaging physicians and allied healthcare professionals outside of the Sermo panel to take part in research when necessitated.

·Updating client schedules, sending calendar invites.

·Keeping interviewees organized with written and phone reminders.

·Onboarding interviewees into a platform, communication with moderators, or promoting continued engagement.

Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:

·University graduate with marketing or Management degree.

·Undergraduate or working experience in an English-speaking country.

·Fluent in English; written and spoken.

·Fluent in German; written and spoken
