As part of our growth strategy, we're on the lookout for an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview:As an ABM Specialist, you will spearhead our marketing efforts to forge deep relationships with key accounts in Mexico. Focused on targeted accounts, you will develop and implement bespoke marketing strategies that align with our sales objectives, ensuring Truora's offerings resonate with our most valuable leads and clients.

  • Account Identification and Segmentation: Methodically identify and segment key accounts in the Mexican market that align with Truora’s strategic objectives.
  • Strategy Development: Craft tailored marketing strategies for each targeted account, leveraging insights to align messaging and outreach with the specific needs and pain points of the account.
  • Content Personalization: Develop personalized marketing materials and messaging that speak directly to the needs and interests of key accounts.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and manage targeted marketing campaigns aimed at engaging decision-makers within key accounts, using a mix of digital and traditional channels.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies and activities are fully aligned with sales objectives, facilitating a seamless buyer’s journey.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of ABM strategies, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve optimal engagement and conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies in Mexico to inform and adapt ABM approaches.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in ABM, marketing, or a closely related field, with proven success in developing and executing ABM strategies.
  • Industry Acumen: Solid understanding of the SaaS market in Mexico, with a keen ability to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of ABM efforts and adapt strategies based on data insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong copywriting skills to create compelling messages that resonate with key accounts.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with sales teams and cross-functional units to drive unified strategies.
  • Adaptability: Agile and flexible in responding to evolving market conditions and business needs.
