Job Summary

Perficient is currently looking for a SeniorSupport Analyst in our Guadalajara or Monterrey office. The Support Analyst is technical consultant with 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Cloud environments and is considered an competent in their field. The Support Analyst will serve as a technical leader and support in the creation and delivery of Azure and Power Platform Managed Services Offerings designed to meet customers’ business needs. This individual should have a mastered understanding of the industry-standard concepts for Azure environments and Networking Infrastructure. This position requires experience in Microsoft cloud technologies, strong relationship skills and excellent communication skills. The responsibilities of this role are comprised of providing Managed Services to our clients.

What do you need to come aboard?

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience working on multiple concurrent projects
  • Performs verbal and written communication with Customer; performs verbal and written communication with Technical and Non-Technical persons; responds professionally to Customer’s requests
  • Can manage own tasks; communicates status topractice leads as warranted; completes tasks on-time and within budget
  • Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical resources
  • 2+ years of Microsoft M365 / Azure experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI experience
  • Provide support for the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Troubleshooting functional issues with Power Apps applications
  • Creating and troubleshooting Power BI reports
  • Providing solutions for defects found in production Power Apps applications
  • Providing best-practice recommendations for Power Apps
  • Advance English

  • Assist Citizen Developers with Power Apps
  • Provide estimates for user stories
  • Providing high-level estimates for key business proposals
  • Experience with server virtualization, storage, and networking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Be independent and self-driven
