• 12+ years experience in quality leadership roles in manufacturing.
• Strong capability in leading quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience with compliance standards (ISO certifications).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Assess and enhance quality performance metrics and strategies.
• Provide mentorship for execution of quality protocols and tools.
