Schedule: Part-Time 2 days per week

Compensation: 1500 MXN gross per day.

What You’ll Do
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues serving as an escalation point for complex problems.
  • System Deployment & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, client software, and operating systems.
  • Security Management: Implement security measures, deploy antivirus updates, and help monitor for potential security threats.
  • User Support & Training: Provide expert technical assistance to end‑users both on‑site and remotely. Create user guides and train staff on new technologies.
  • Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network peripherals and wireless connectivity.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation for IT systems and procedures.
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Specialist or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong up-to-date knowledge of computer hardware, software and network systems.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to end‑users and stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on experience installing, configuring and maintaining IT systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, scripting languages and IT project management is a plus.
  • A strong customer‑service orientation.
