Una empresa de ingeniería global busca un DRE para el diseño y desarrollo de sistemas de escudo inferior y liners de rueda. Se requieren conocimientos en NX o CATIA V5 y cinco años de experiencia en ingeniería de liberación de carrocería. La posición está ubicada en Toluca, México y se espera que los solicitantes residan y estén autorizados legalmente para trabajar en el país.

Formación

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Aeroespacial o de Materiales o equivalente.
• Cinco años de experiencia en ingeniería de liberación de carrocería y área plástica.
• Conocimientos en sistemas exteriores o interiores de carrocería.

Responsabilidades

• Responsable del diseño y desarrollo del sistema de escudo inferior y liners de rueda.
• Interacción con grupos de ingeniería avanzada y equipos funcionales.
• Establecer y gestionar la línea de tiempo del desarrollo del proyecto.

Conocimientos

Conocimientos en diseño paramétrico (NX o CATIA V5)

Proficiencia en aplicaciones de MS-Office

Experiencia en sistemas de liberación de carrocería

Experiencia en sistemas plásticos

Educación

Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Aeroespacial o de Materiales

• The DRE will be responsible for the design, development, and release of the underbody shield system and wheel liners from initial design concept through full volume production.
• Responsibilities will include interface with advanced engineering group, vehicle development & other functional engineering areas / Body teams along with the supplier.
• Responsiblity to package, design & develop release these components to meet all functional objectives.
• The Engineer will provide feasibility input for development of designs through the advanced engineering team and work closely with the other functional areas packaged in the adjacent area to design and package the parts to all clearance requirements as well as working closely with the aerodynamic/thermal management team to esnure these critical part objectives are met.
• Establish and manage development timeline for life of project with prodution suppliers. The Engineer will develop functional objectives, build objectives, DVP&R / DFMEA & manage the production supplier to meet all requirements. The Engineer will be responsible for the release of completed geometry using NX Teamcenter CAD tools.
• Engineers need to support meeting throughout NA work hours and work closely with local engineering teams, Architecture/Vehicle Concepts, program science teams & to develop and launch these systems/components.

Requisitos

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace or Materials Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Five years of experience in body release engineering and plastic area.
• Experience in body exterior or interior systems
• Knowledgeable in NX or CATIA V5 parametric design, Teamcenter release experience
