A multinational consulting firm is seeking a highly experienced Compensation professional to lead the implementation of its Expanded Share Ownership strategy. This remote role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills and offers the opportunity to engage directly with senior executives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in deferred compensation strategies and exceptional communication abilities.
We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation professional to lead implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy. Sitting within the Total Rewards function in HR, this role will act as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy and working with the project team to ensure successful implementation. The role will work with a variety of senior stakeholders, including our internal WTW consultants, external advisors, senior business executives, and wider HR.
Shift Timing: be prepared to work U.S. hours.
