We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to support one of our clients as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer.

Responsibilities

• Gap Analysis & Requirements Blue printing: Conduct gap analysis with customer requirements; participate in blueprint workshops to gather technical requirements; provide Proof of Concepts for quick wins.
• Oversight of the Development: Define technical best practices to suit the project and customer needs; define and oversee design and development processes; coordinate with Functional and other technical teams; create and maintain the integration strategy plans.
• Experience: 12+ years of IT and D365 experience; at least 3–5 end-to-end implementations; evaluate ISV solutions; team management skills to lead a technical team.
• Technical Requirements: Deep knowledge of X++ coding and OOP concepts; development of SSRS reports and customization of out-of-the-box reports; integration with external applications (real-time and batch); understanding of D365 F&O architecture and best practices; experience with Life Cycle Services and Microsoft Sure Step methodology; deployment processes and upgrade services; DevOps for setting up new environments and pipelines for code migration.
• Other: Track record of successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations using the latest AX–D365 versions; bilingual English and Spanish.
