A leading SaaS firm in Nicolás Romero is looking for a Customer Success Manager to maintain strong relationships with retail clients. This role involves ensuring clients achieve success using the retail planning platform and requires experience in retail planning operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Description

The Customer Success Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, guiding them through the customer lifecycle to ensure they achieve success and ROI from our retail planning SaaS platform. This role requires product knowledge and industry expertise to serve as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client onboarding and training to drive product adoption and ensure quick time-to-value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, from end-users to C-level executives.
  • Help clients understand their retail planning goals, track progress, and demonstrate ROI through business reviews.
  • Monitor usage data to identify risks and opportunities, engage with at-risk accounts, and prevent churn.
  • Manage the renewal process and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback to collaborate with internal teams and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in retail planning operations like supply chain, or inventory management as planner or allocator is a must.
  • Skills include strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and customer‑centricity.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • English proficiency.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or related field.
