A dynamic AdTech company is seeking a Head of Customer Success – Publishers to lead partnerships with retailers and marketplaces in Latin America. This role requires 10+ years of experience in Customer Success and a strong knowledge of digital advertising. You will drive monetization success and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure client success. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this position.

Formación

  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, or Sales within AdTech, SaaS, or Retail Media.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, RTB, performance marketing).
  • Experience working with marketplaces, retailers, or media publishers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

What is this role like?

We’re seeking a Head of Customer Success – Publishers to lead and scale our partnerships with leading retailers and marketplaces in Latin America and beyond. This role combines strategic relationship management, ad tech operations, and business growth. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure our publisher clients succeed in their retail media endeavors—whether launching sponsored listings, exploring on-site display, or expanding through the Toppie Ad Network. You’ll represent the voice of the publisher, serve as a strategic partner for executives, and oversee campaign monetization success.

You will:
  • Own the full publisher lifecycle: onboarding, training, strategy, growth, and renewals.
  • Be a trusted advisor to retail executives and marketing teams—translating business goals into ad tech solutions.
  • Drive monetization success: improve fill rates, increase advertiser participation, and optimize performance using data.
  • Scale publisher operations with automation, playbooks, and a high-performing customer success team.
  • Create thought leadership and influence how retailers approach retail media, from on-site to ad network integrations.
  • Report and forecast performance, revenue opportunities, and the health of publisher partnerships.
What (we think) you need to be successful—though we’re open to outliers:
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, or Sales within AdTech, SaaS, or Retail Media.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, RTB, performance marketing, etc.)
  • Experience working with or at marketplaces, retailers, or media publishers.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and complex technical products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • A strategic thinker who also loves execution and results.
