We’re seeking a Head of Customer Success – Publishers to lead and scale our partnerships with leading retailers and marketplaces in Latin America and beyond. This role combines strategic relationship management, ad tech operations, and business growth. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure our publisher clients succeed in their retail media endeavors—whether launching sponsored listings, exploring on-site display, or expanding through the Toppie Ad Network. You’ll represent the voice of the publisher, serve as a strategic partner for executives, and oversee campaign monetization success.
