A telecommunications service provider is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Technical Support. This role involves providing technical solutions and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications. Availability on weekends is important. The position offers a dynamic work environment focused on customer service excellence.

Formación

  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience as a Support Representative in Telecommunications or any Technical Account.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide technical problem resolution to customers.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions.

Conocimientos

Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Customer Service Representative Tech Support Description The Customer Representative will provide technical problem resolution the customers by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Some solutions may require follow-up, research, or escalation Level 4 Team for further troubleshooting and issue resolution. Representatives will perform related work as required. Work Days Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week Work Hours Availability from 8 : 50 a.m. until 7 : 00 p.m. PST Salary Skills :

  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Have relevant knowledge on GSM, LTE and prepaid mobile services (preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience as a Support Representative in a Telecommunications (Mobile Phone, Prepaid Phone Services) or any Technical Account.
  • Focuses and guides self and team members in accomplishing work objectives.
