A telecommunications service provider is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Technical Support. This role involves providing technical solutions and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Position Customer Service Representative Tech Support Description The Customer Representative will provide technical problem resolution the customers by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Some solutions may require follow-up, research, or escalation Level 4 Team for further troubleshooting and issue resolution. Representatives will perform related work as required. Work Days Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week Work Hours Availability from 8 : 50 a.m. until 7 : 00 p.m. PST Salary Skills :
