- Preparation of S&OP for each production line and customer.
- Establishes control mechanisms to ensure compliance with the specific commitments made with the customer.
- Prepares reports on the progress of sales plans, service performance, and incidents.
- Controls the flow of information between their department, production, and transportation to ensure adherence to the delivery deadlines agreed upon with the customer.
- Maintains constant follow-up with the customer to identify their needs.
- Handles service claims and incidents and analyzes their root causes to find solutions.
- Responds to customer suggestions and inquiries.
- Prepares the Sales Forecast.
- Measures customer satisfaction levels and, based on the results, establishes improvement mechanisms.
