A leading automotive supplier in Saltillo seeks a professional to coordinate production scheduling and customer service to meet delivery objectives. Responsabilidades

  • Preparation of S&OP for each production line and customer.
  • Establishes control mechanisms to ensure compliance with commitments.
  • Prepares reports on sales plans and service performance.
  • Controls the information flow to ensure adherence to delivery deadlines.
  • Maintains follow-up with the customer to identify needs.
  • Handles service claims and analyzes root causes.
  • Responds to customer suggestions and inquiries.
  • Prepares the Sales Forecast.
  • Measures customer satisfaction and establishes improvement mechanisms.
  • Communicates production plans internally and leads review meetings.

Coordinate Production Scheduling and Customer Service to ensure the company meets its On-Time Delivery objectives. Maintain a good relationship with customers through consistent and clear communication. Propose solutions and alternatives to help maintain strong customer ratings.

  • Daily review of customer demand to define the production plan and contingency plans, taking into account potential risks for customers. Weekly planning and daily follow-up of the production schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of S&OP for each production line and customer.

  • Prepares reports on the progress of sales plans, service performance, and incidents.
  • Controls the flow of information between their department, production, and transportation to ensure adherence to the delivery deadlines agreed upon with the customer.
  • Maintains constant follow-up with the customer to identify their needs.
  • Handles service claims and incidents and analyzes their root causes to find solutions.
  • Responds to customer suggestions and inquiries.
  • Prepares the Sales Forecast.
  • Measures customer satisfaction levels and, based on the results, establishes improvement mechanisms.
  • Communicates production plans internally and leads the corresponding review meetings.
Production Planning and Scheduling
  • Develop and execute production plans, coordinate schedules, and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and adequate levels of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Operations Supervision: Monitor workflow on the production line to ensure continuity and efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with departments such as Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve operational issues in a timely manner, minimizing their impact on production.
