A leading technology and manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Experience Intern in Mexico City. The role involves serving as the primary customer contact, processing orders, and advocating for a memorable customer experience. Ideal candidates will have advanced English skills and strong organizational abilities. The intern will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with various departments to resolve issues and enhance customer interactions.
As a Customer Experience Intern here at Honeywell, you will ensure exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues, and provide insights to improve interactions, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty. You will report directly to our Sr Cust Exp Manager and you’ll work out of our Mexico City, Santa Fe location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will process orders including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care.
