A leading mining equipment manufacturer in Mexico is seeking a motivated Chinese-speaking sales professional to lead business development across Mexico and South America. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, promoting mining equipment solutions, and negotiating contracts. Formación

  • Native Chinese speaker (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Spanish, English, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years overseas work experience, ideally with legal residence in Mexico or US / Canadian visa
  • Proven track record in direct sales of large–scale mechanical products
  • Experience working in Latin American factories or companies
  • Strong understanding of key–account sales models
  • Excellent communication and business negotiation skills

Responsabilidades

  • Leading and managing all business development activities across Mexico and South America
  • Building new customer relationships and strengthening existing accounts in mining and mineral processing sectors
  • Promoting and selling the company’s full portfolio of mining equipment and wear‑resistant solutions
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and preparing detailed sales reports
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals aligned with company strategy
  • Collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
  • Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
