Job Title: Country Manager - Mexico (Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our business expansion and sales operations in Mexico market. This is a remote role based in Mexico, requiring strong leadership in channel management, distributor/agent partnerships, and KA development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in 0-to-1 market entry, distributor management, and offline retail sales in the consumer electronics industry, particularly in beauty devices/small appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales & distribution strategies for Mexico, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Build and manage distributor/agent networks, including recruitment, training, and performance optimization.
  3. Lead Key Account (KA) negotiations with major retailers and e-commerce platforms.
  4. Ensure compliance with local certifications (e.g., NOM, FDA) and market regulations.
  5. Collaborate with HQ on pricing, marketing, and supply chain strategies.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years in sales/channel management (consumer electronics), with 3+ years in Mexico.
  2. Proven 0-to-1 distributor/agent setup experience and KA negotiation skills.
  3. Fluent in Spanish and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network of distributors/retailers in Mexico’s consumer electronics/beauty sector.
  • Experience in brand-building or marketing collaboration with distributors.
