How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Licensing Coordinator - Home Category supports the day‑to‑day management and execution of the fashion licensing business in Mexico. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate business data, managing timelines, supporting product development and approvals, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and licensee partners. The coordinator works closely with the Licensing Supervisor to enable efficient execution of category strategy and business growth plans.

The Coordinator, Licensing Fashion will be responsible for:
  • Support the execution of the fashion category strategy by managing operational workflows, documentation, and follow‑ups with internal teams and external partners. International. Labor Standards (ILS) follow up. Insurance compliance from licensees / Follow up on licensees' audits.
  • Maintain and update business tracking tools, including product pipelines, forecasts, calendars, and licensee performance reports.
  • Assist in the product development and approval process, ensuring timely submissions, feedback coordination, and compliance with brand and quality standards.
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and data analytics to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional communication with Marketing, Retail, Finance, Legal, Product Approvals, and other teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Track deadlines and key milestones for category launches, ensuring that licensees and internal partners meet deliverables.
  • Support licensee relationship management by organizing meetings, documenting action items, and monitoring follow‑ups.
  • Ensure proper record‑keeping, contract file management, and workflow accuracy to maintain audit and compliance standards.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience in Business Administration, Finance, Commercialization, or Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with excellent numerical ability and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly proactive and resolutive, with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Committed, positive, and team‑oriented attitude.
  • Experience using Excel.
  • Experience using Power BI (plus).
