Descripción
  • Oversee accounting (RTR, PTP & OTC) and internal control activities within the LATAM Shared Service Center, ensuring efficient, standardized, and compliant financial processes.
  • Coordinate with regional finance functions - including tax, treasury, accounts payable, and accounts receivable - to drive alignment and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, corporate policies, and local regulations across all supported entities.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, analyze performance, and implement corrective measures when needed.
  • Develop and mentor SSC finance teams, fostering growth, engagement, and succession readiness.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support both regional and corporate decision-making.
Perfil buscado
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory).
  • Proven leadership experience within Shared Service Centers, overseeing Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions across LATAM countries.
  • Advanced English, both spoken and written (non-negotiable).
  • Advanced Portuguese (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge and experience working under US GAAP standards.
  • Solid understanding of local tax legislation, statutory accounting requirements, and tax reporting obligations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing internal controls and ensuring SOX compliance.
