About the Department

The Latam & Iberia Marketing Team drives strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth across a broad region, including offshore, South America, Central America, Brazil, and Iberia. Collaborating closely with country and channel marketers and global teams, the department creates engaging content tailored to local audiences.

How You Will Add Value

Core Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate with local channel marketers to develop content strategies, gather content requirements, and curate detailed publishing calendars.

  • You will develop distribution plans in partnership with channel marketers and campaign managers, leveraging both owned and paid channels.

  • You will create compelling and informative content about our investment solutions that aligns with business strategies and engages the target audience across various formats, including presentations, videos, blogs, social media posts, and long-form articles.

  • You will align content plans with campaigns, ensuring timely publication and translations as required.

  • You will ensure content meets local compliance standards and is properly routed, translated, and produced in partnership with relevant teams.

  • You will track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess content effectiveness across different platforms and formats.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • You will oversee production and compliance reviews to maintain high-quality content.

  • You will maintain content awareness across marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

  • You will identify opportunities for collaboration with global teams to enhance content strategies.

  • You will participate in editorial planning calls and represent regional interests.

Experience, Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or marketing.

  • 8+ years of experience in asset management communications or financial industry.

  • Experience working with portfolio managers and a deep understanding of financial markets and products.

  • Familiarity with Latam or Iberian asset management is a plus.

Technical Skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential; Portuguese is a plus.

  • Strong writing and editing abilities.

  • Skilled in creating various content formats, including presentations and social.

  • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and translation.

  • Knowledge of client journey mapping and analytics.

Soft Skills
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with a preference for US time zone alignment.
