A leading automotive firm based in Naucalpan de Juárez is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee planning and execution of vehicle launches and retail initiatives. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all materials align with brand guidelines. Ideal candidates will have a relevant Bachelor's degree and experience in marketing communications. Strong organizational skills and fluency in English are essential.

This role is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing and communication campaigns for vehicle launches and retail initiatives. The position ensures all materials are aligned with the Brand Guidelines, the overarching Oval communication strategy, and business objectives. It requires close collaboration with external agencies and cross-functional internal teams (communications, media, CRM, content, events, and brand), leading end-to-end processes from annual planning through to final material delivery.

Qualifications
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • • Experience in integrated marketing communications, brand management, or campaign development.
  • • Proven experience managing vehicle or product launches, preferably in the automotive or consumer goods industry.
  • • Strong background in working with creative and media agencies, including managing scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • • Solid understanding of media planning and execution, both traditional and digital.
  • • Self-starter and Ownership
  • • Good communication & High-Level English skills
  • • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning & Competitive Analysis
    • · Develop the Annual Marketing and Communication Plan.
    • · Conduct Competitive Assessments for each vehicle line.
    • · Define launch and positioning strategies by nameplate.
    • · Allocate budgets and Scopes of Work (SOW) to partner agencies based on business priorities.
  2. Product Launch Campaigns
    • · Coordinate initial brief with brand team and agencies
    • · Coordinate the creative and production strategy with agencies and production houses.
    • · Oversee creative development from initial brief to final deliverables.
    • · Ensure the presence and input of all internal stakeholders throughout production and post-production stages.
    • · Approve scripts, talent, locations, and other key production elements.
    • · Ensure media specs are met and materials are delivered according to media plans.
  3. Retail Campaigns
    • · Partner with agencies to build the annual retail communication strategy based on sales, dealer network, and brand needs.
    • · Deliver detailed creative briefs and guide development of campaign concepts and assets.
    • · Participate in selecting production houses and manage production alignment meetings (PPMs).
    • · Oversee delivery of final assets and raw footage to enable continuous content updates throughout the year.
  4. Material Delivery & Adaptation
    • · Manage delivery of final assets and ensure all production footage is archived for future use.
    • · Supervise monthly adaptations based on versioning files and updated media plans.
    • · Ensure efficient approval processes to meet tight production and media deadlines.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • · Work closely with sales, CRM, content, media, brand, and retail teams.
    • · Lead material review meetings and maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms and content
