Formación

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients a "Commercial Manager" to join a leader in luxury residential developments in Mérida, Yucatán. In this role, you will lead and oversee the company’s commercial performance, define and implement sales strategies in coordination with marketing agencies and project partners, achieve placement objectives, and strengthen market positioning. You will manage internal and external sales channels, report to the General Director and Board.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the planning and execution of the project’s commercial strategy, supervising sales goals and consolidating leadership in the luxury residential market.
  • Coordinate the sales team, providing resources and support for client prospecting and efficient closing of operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing agency on advertising actions to drive customer acquisition and optimize sales results.
  • Supervise the commercial process, ensuring personalized attention and a high-end purchasing experience.
  • Analyze results and market trends to implement strategic adjustments that enhance commercial performance.
  • Prepare periodic commercial performance reports for partners and management.
  • Monitor key sales indicators to promote continuous improvement and timely adjustments to the strategy.
  • Ensure all commercial operations comply with regulations and align with company policies and values.
Essential Requirements:
Must Haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in luxury residential real estate, handling high-net-worth (AAA) clients, and closing high-value sales.
  • Mastery in planning and executing results-oriented commercial strategies.
  • Experience managing high-performance commercial teams, including internal and external channels.
  • Knowledge of the premium real estate market and high-net-worth clients.
  • Proficiency in and digital sales tools.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong collaboration skills with marketing and project partners.
  • Commercial judgment and adaptability to market conditions.
  • Leadership based on trust and results.
  • Assertive and persuasive communication.
