The Commercial Director will be a key member of the Country Management Team responsible for to increase sales volumes (in terms of fleet and customer numbers) loyalty business sustainability and order profitability ensuring a high level of consulting experience that is perceived as high for the customer.

This profile is applicable for the Medium Countries (according to the country scoping).
Deep understanding of the market research industry including business models products services and solutions.
Take full ownership of the regional sales budget revenue targets and performance metrics.
Establish clear goals quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and manage performance to ensure consistent achievement.
Work with partners to extend reach lead contract negotiations
Ability to adapt strategies according to the specifics of each account technical requirements language knowledge of specific systems and the needs of the Mexican market.
