A leading automotive parts retailer in Chihuahua seeks a customer service representative to contact customers for account balance collections. The ideal candidate must be bilingual with excellent communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities include assisting with invoice requests and providing account information. To contact customers via phone in order to collect past due balances on their AutoZone accounts.
Give credit orientation to customers.
Provide resolution to invoice and statements requests and direct customers calls.
Analize on hand information prior to contact customers to be able to answer customer questions related to their AutoZone account balances.
