Job Title : Financial Customer Solutions Specialist – Contact Center
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and financial solutions. The role focuses on managing accounts within the 0-30 day delinquency range, resolving inquiries, and implementing effective payment strategies.
Note: This role is fully on-site in Santa Fe, Mexico City, which allows for closer collaboration and team integration.
