Job Description

A long-established and trusted global brokerage firm is seeking a dynamic and passionateClient Support Executiveto strengthen commercial department within a dynamic Forex and CFD environment. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.

Location: On-site - Cancun, Mexico

Responsibilities:

As a Client Support Executiveyour broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide multilingual support (Spanish, Portuguese, and English) via chat, email, and phone.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding account setup, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or similar).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (payments, compliance, and dealing desk) to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor daily client activity and elevate potential issues in line with internal procedures.
  • Ensure all communication complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in translating materials or messages when needed to support regional operations.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in client support or account management.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, MT4/MT5 platforms, or back-office tools is an advantage.
  • A team player with a proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
