CEOs are expected to lead group tours, ensuring exceptional service and traveler satisfaction while sharing their love for travel. Applicants must possess excellent leadership skills, a good command of English, and the ability to handle the challenges of adventure travel. This role requires energy, resourcefulness, and a commitment to sustainable tourism. Training is provided before deployment, ensuring all leaders are well-prepared.

Formación

• A Love for Adventure Travel, with previous international experience.
• Legally able to work in the Southern Cone.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• High energy level to handle long and tiring days.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high level of customer service and traveller satisfaction.
• Lead travellers and ensure their well-being.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of visited country.
• Act as day-to-day guide and interpreter.
