Job Description:

Drive Business Performance with Data-Driven Insights

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, reliability, and insight in financial data reporting and analysis. This involves bridging finance operations and technology to drive data quality, analysis, and business insights through tools such as SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and interpret financial reports to support informed business decision-making.
• Perform deep-dive financial analysis and identify trends, variances, and insights to inform business strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial statements and reports.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Run and troubleshoot finance reports using SAP S/4HANA (including T-codes).
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and analytics in Power BI.
• Support integration and alignment of finance data across systems and business units.

Finance Data Management & Reconciliation

• Execute and validate financial reconciliations across multiple systems.
• Investigate data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Design and implement financial data validation and quality control mechanisms.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Partner with finance, IT, and business teams to resolve data and reporting challenges.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on finance data improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Finance & Functional Skills

• Strong foundation in financial reporting, analytics, and data interpretation.
• Working knowledge of finance data models, accounting structures, and reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of end-to-end finance data flow and operational controls.

Technical & User Skills

• SAP S/4HANA: Proficient in running finance reports, executing T-codes, and troubleshooting data.
• Power BI: Skilled in building dashboards, leveraging semantic models, and performing financial data analysis.
• Databricks: Skilled in building data pipelines and extracting insights from delta tables.
• Strong command of SQL, Python, and PySpark for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of data operations and integrations between finance systems.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Power BI required; exposure to data integration or ETL processes is a plus.
