Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Accounting, Deductions, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Understanding of logistics information systems and system handoffs.
• Ability to prioritize many tasks and decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Review and resolve delivery issues when a carrier arrives at a customer’s location.
• Negotiate and dispose of refused/damaged products during delivery.
• Create credits/debits to customers due to overages, shortages, and damages.
