Responsibilities

• Purchase components based on planning requirements.
• Negotiate prices, lead times, minimum order quantities, and component quality with suppliers.
• Supplier onboarding.
• Analyze inventory levels according to requirements and sales history.
• Serve as the main communication channel with suppliers.
• Analyze and follow up on engineering changes (inventory, costs, scrap, implementation dates).
• Report to planning any impact on the production schedule (delivery delays, material rejections, damages, etc.).
• Keep the MRP system updated (material deliveries, supplier contact, PO placements).
• Collaborate with warehouse and planning in cycle count analysis and ensure production continuity.
• Create and update new part numbers as needed.
• Provide occasional support for purchases other than raw materials.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced written and conversational English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
