Your new role

In this role, you will lead a skilled team dedicated to driving organizational change through data‑driven decision‑making. You’ll play a key role in transforming insights into strategic actions, enhancing customer engagement, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration across the business.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee market research initiatives and external partners to deliver actionable insights that guide affiliate management decisions.
  • Evaluate data maturity and adoption, co‑creating strategies with affiliates to strengthen business intelligence capabilities.
  • Deliver data‑backed recommendations to Leadership and Marketing teams on commercial and competitor performance, promoting a forward‑looking approach to benchmarking.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Finance, Pricing, Commercial, and Marketing teams by interpreting market trends and identifying opportunities.
  • Mentor and empower team members to excel in their roles and grow within the BI function.

The Commercial Excellence department empowers NNMX with integrated analytics, strategic foresightand field/market driven insights that enable smarter decisions, strongersales forceperformance and lasting customer impact.

Your skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with strong expertise in Business Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and Market Research.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Proven experience in people management and team development.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills, agility, cross‑cultural understanding, and the ability to drive organizational change.
  • Skilled in project and stakeholder management, with a focus on innovation, digitalization, creativity, and fostering a data‑driven mindset.
