This independent contractor role involves building client relationships and uncovering new business opportunities while managing your own taxes and compliance. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience and be fluent in Spanish and English. Competitive compensation includes a base salary and annual commission.

Formación

Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Comfortable operating as an independent contractor, managing your own taxes and compliance.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients via outbound outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track activities, analyze performance, and refine strategies.
  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (acquisition, retention, upselling, closing).
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish / English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business development and strategic planning.
  • Comfortable operating as an independent contractor, managing your own taxes and compliance.
Compensation

This role will function as an independent contractor, managing your own business operations in your country, with competitive compensation including a base salary of USD $40, % annual commission.
