Business Development Manager Process Filtration USA
Mission:
- To develop and grow Process Filtration through the development and implementation of a business plan.
- Support the Salesforce in developing direct end user Process Filtration business including establishing goals for product sales.
- Develop and implement an OEM sales and marketing strategy to maximize business results.
- Prepare related business development reports and conduct/present relevant market analysis.
Role:
- Reports to the Business Line Manager – Oil Free Air Division.
- Home based with HQ in Rock Hill.
- Promoting the company’s filtration portfolio and competence development.
- Interacts and collaborates intensely with the business lines IAT, OFA and CTS.
- Interacts and collaborates intensely with the competence center Process Filtration.
- Interacts and collaborates intensely with BDM’s in other countries.
- Review business development strategies on a regular basis and recommend modifications and enhancements that will secure sales goals in line with growth targets.
- Maintain, stabilize and reinforce the present organization, to assure success in the company ambition to achieve profitable growth.
- Develop accurate and harmonized project costing proposals to evaluate profit margins.
- Represent the Company at trade shows and conferences, as required.
- Actively participate in the development and presentation of scorecards and KPI’s together with Business Line Management.
Responsibilities:
- Direct sales to medium-large size accounts.
- Indirect sales via distributors to small-medium size accounts.
- Develop and support a network of dealers.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree – Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering preferred (or equivalent work experience).
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Entrepreneurial and dynamic person with good interaction and communication skills.
- Experience (> 10 years) in sales, proven track record.
- Experience (> 10 years) in Process Filtration (liquid‑and‑gas) in F&B, Pharma, and Industrial sectors.
- Willingness to travel ~50% within the territory.
