Major Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Perform accurate bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Handle significant amounts of data entry and administrative work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and organize emails, create tasks, and help prioritize activities for efficient workflow.
  • Communicate directly with clients in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Actively use and rely on Keeper and / or other accounting tools / software.
  • Proactively raise concerns, suggest improvements, and ensure important matters are addressed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the financial services team as needed.
Requirements :
  • 1+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, or in a similar financial or administrative role (introductory‑level bookkeeping knowledge acceptable; additional skills can be trained).
  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (client‑facing communication required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative work.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to speak up when issues or opportunities arise.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.
  • Inclusive mindset and ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper, QuickBooks ProAdvisor) are a plus.
