Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications. Availability on weekends is important. Formación

• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
• 1 - 2 years’ experience as a Support Representative in Telecommunications or any Technical Account.
• Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical problem resolution to customers.
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
• Communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly manner.

Conocimientos

Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Knowledge on GSM, LTE and prepaid mobile services

Knowledge of relevant software applications and equipment

Educación

Bachelor’s degree
